My areas of experience include severance and employment contracts, non-compete agreements, whistleblower protection, FMLA leave, EEO, retaliation, wrongful termination, employment-at-will, protected workplace speech, workers compensation retaliation, sexual harassment, and age, gender, and disability discrimination. I am experienced litigator, and my trial success includes an age discrimination verdict in excess of $1.7 million in Jorling v. Habilitation Services, ED Ky. I have spoken and written on numerous topics, including workplace bullying, wage law, mediation, whistleblower law, employment at will, and mediation.
