I am experienced in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution. My trial success includes an age discrimination verdict in excess of $1.8 million in Jorling v. Habilitation Services, ED Ky. I was recognized in 2007 and 2009 as an Ohio Rising Star by Ohio Super Lawyers and have written and spoken on a number of legal issues including employment-at-will, alternative dispute resolution, and Ohio wage law.
